As with any major workplace change, you have a right to be consulted, and to have your concerns genuinely considered by management before the change is brought in. That consultation can happen directly with CBA or collectively through your union.

The benefit of collective consultation is that the union is able to collect feedback from everyone impacted and distil it into the key issues and concerns shared by many, and those matters that are specific to individuals. *The information you supply in this form will be kept confidential*

We can then offer individuals support, advice and guidance, while representing your shared concerns on behalf of all union members.
