Westpac and ANZ agreed to suspend targets so that staff were better able to focus on getting the job done.

CBA’s response?

“…at this stage we are focused on the health, safety and wellbeing of our people and ensuring that they are well supported to deliver the essential service so many Australian’s rely on. At the right time, the Group will consider whether it is necessary and appropriate to reassess how it measures performance.”

CBA, now is the right time! Suspend performance/sales targets, suspend NPS, and provide employees with some certainty about how COVID will affect their work.
