Just weeks after the Bendigo Bank AGM where they confirmed their commitment to face-to-face banking, the Bank has announced a restructure affecting 70+ branches and impacting the livelihood of hundreds of staff.

Given the scale of the change, the fact that Bendigo has allowed staff just 1 week, or in some cases less, to absorb this news is incredibly disappointing and concerning. At any other major bank, this process would happen over weeks, if not months.
