September 7 is International Clean Air Day and we are planning an artful action where we want to highlight the health impacts of pollution in our community!

We are hand printing images of inhalers and semi trucks on tag board and want the names and ages of community members on the back who are affected by pollution. Add your name with this form and we will write it on the back! We will hang them from a tree in town for the action.
