Commit to Caucus for Stephany!

On Saturday March 7, 2020 the road to winning the U.S. Senate begins! Democratic precinct caucuses will take place everywhere across the state at 2 PM. We need you to come out to caucus for Stephany. It is the only way her name will actually get on the Democratic Primary Ballot. We are relying on community, not corporate donors, to bring the progressive change we need to Colorado. Commit to Caucusing for Stephany today!

We will send ways to help at your caucus!

Find Your Caucus in 2 Steps:

FIND YOUR PRECINCT: First, you can find your precinct number with your voter registration here: https://www.sos.state.co.us/…/p…/pub/olvr/findVoterReg.xhtml

FIND THE LOCATION FOR YOUR PRECINCT CAUCUS: Get your caucus location here: https://www.coloradodems.org/2020-caucus-locations/

With that info please be ready to speak up for Stephany in your precinct caucus preference poll. We recommend folks grab a couple pieces of caucus literature - we hope to have some at most counties on the check in tables or in the caucus packets!

At your caucus site, you will have the opportunity to share why you support Stephany Rose Spaulding as a candidate for U.S. Senate and her access to the Democratic Primary ballot. This discussion period is very important to the entire caucus process, so make sure it is not glossed over by anyone. You have this right as a voter to discuss. Some helpful points are below:

  • She is a proven professional and community leader. As tenured faculty and chair of women’s and ethnic studies at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, she has written policy and managed employees. She also currently serves on the boards of several local, statewide and national community organizations.
  • She earned 126,000 votes in one of the reddest congressional districts in Colorado as a Justice Democrat, proving she can earn votes from Democrats, Independents and Republicans without compromising her progressive values.
  • Her 2018 success led her to serve on Phil Weiser’s, Attorney General’s transition team.
  • National organizations are already poised to financially support whoever wins the primary for Colorado, so the money is there for anyone to take on Cory Gardner.
  • Hickenlooper is already on the ballot...friends don't let friends waste caucus votes! In all seriousness, caucusing after making the ballot through petitions is a strategic way campaigns attempt to remove access to the ballot from other candidates. We are the party of diversity, equity and inclusion--let's not exclude diverse voices.

Additionally, each caucus site should have literature present from our campaign regarding her platform, but here is a copy you can share with your precinct concerning her 21st Century Bill of Human Rights!

Thank you!!!
