The Under 3 DC Coalition is preparing for oversight and budget hearings, where the DC Council will be hearing public input about the District’s budget overall as well as public input on how District agencies are performing. Filling out this form does NOT register you to testify with the DC Council. Fill out this form and you will be emailed instructions on how to officially register to testify at the Council once the public schedule for 2025 is announced. In the coming weeks, we will be sharing resources and sharing events to help you write your testimony.
