COVID-19 Safety Tool

As this COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, we nurses all across the country are struggling to access the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), training and testing we need to do our jobs safely.

Raising the alarm about these shortcomings is a duty for us all, but isn't always easy to do. That's what this short, easy to use form is for. Let us know what you are seeing at the frontline of the healthcare response to COVID-19, and we will use the information we collect to demand immediate improvements - meaning you, your patients and your loved ones can get through this safer. It will take just a few minutes to complete.

We have also recently partnered with the organisation Frontline.live to link up your needs with PPE suppliers.

How will Nurses United use this information?

Employers and Unions:

We will aggregating and anonymise the information you and others provide, this will then be periodically shared with the major trade unions for Nurses (RCN, UNISON, Unite and the GMB). Your name and email will not be shared. We're doing this to encourage and enable employers and unions to work together to address any safety shortcomings identified in the data.

The media:

We may also share anonymised information provided anonymously with the media so that they can put a spotlight on where resources need to be sent in this national effort that is being led by you as healthcare professionals. Your name and email will not be shared.

FRONTLINE.LIVE:

If you decide to opt-in to sharing your information with Frontline.live's Map we will share your email and organisation address with them to link up your needs with PPE suppliers. We will not share any other identifiable information.
