The implementation of Connecticut’s New Groundbreaking Comprehensive Energy Retrofit Program for Low Income Housing & Updating Connecticut’s Environmental Justice Law

In 2021 the Connecticut General Assembly passed an ambitious plan (Public Act 21-48) to reduce energy burden, increase health and comfort, and rapidly decarbonize homes in Connecticut by creating an g inclusive and equitable program for building energy retrofits, including the deployment of measures related to weatherization and energy efficiency, clean heat, solar + storage, electric vehicle charging, .

Join us for a Roundtable Conversation with legislators and administrators to discuss how Connecticut can effectively advance and implement this innovative program.  

Additional agenda items will include information on New Jersey's groundbreaking Environmental Justice law- and how we can advance a similar initiative in Connecticut.
