We’re finally just steps from the finish line. It also looks like, if Congress passes both the bipartisan infrastructure bill and the Build Back Better Act, we will have won the largest most impactful investments in public transit in a generation.

However, it’s not over yet. If the House passes the bipartisan bill without passing the Build Back Better Act at the same time, corporate Democrats in the Senate could stab us in the back.
