Ron DeSantis and his administration were caught red-handed when they illegally threatened TV stations with criminal prosecution for airing ads in support of Amendment 4, the citizen-led ballot initiative that would overturn Republicans’ extreme and dangerous abortion ban.

This clearly violates our right to a fair election and free speech. And we can’t let it go unchecked.
