As we're shifting from Slack to Discord for our internal communications platform, we want to keep a record of 1) how smoothly the transition goes for membership, 2) which members were able to get switched over, and 3) what sorts of resources they'd like or need to effectively use the Discord for organizing and organizational purposes. Please fill out this form once you've gotten signed up and into the Discord, or at least after you've tried to get in.
