In 2013, John Fetterman, now the Pennsylvania Lt. Governor and candidate for the Democratic Senate nomination, chased down an unarmed Black jogger and held a gun to him while detaining him.

Our affiliate organization, The Collective Super PAC is airing radio and digital ads on Black stations in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to hold him accountable. What gave him the right to break the law and walk away scot-free?
