Thank you for your interest and anticipated commitment to becoming an Executive Board Director of the Disability Working Group! Please fill out this application, answering each question to the best of your ability. Previous elected leadership experience in DSA is preferred of applicants, but not required.

Expectation Statement:

By submitting this application you are agreeing to fulfill the duties of a Board member which include attending the bi-monthly Board meetings, participating in programs/campaigns, completing tasks, and any other duties assigned or prescribed for at least 4-5 hours per month. You agree to do your best to remain an active member and work collaboratively and constructively with the other Executive Board members.
