The New Deal for CUNY will :

1) Make CUNY Tuition-free for all students

2) Hire 5,000 full-time faculty, pay adjuncts a living wage, and hire more mental health professionals

3) Fix the infrastructure of CUNY to make buildings more student-friendly and better places to learn
