Thank you so much for your interest in the Davidson County Democrats (DCDP) and Young Democrats (DCYD).  We are here to take the next step from protesting and promote Democratic and Progressive values and policy, both to and on behalf of the people of Nashville and beyond. Both DCDP and DCYD were very active in 2024 door knocking and phone banking for Democratic candidates and policy all the way down the ballot. In 2025, we are striving to not wait around for the next election but be there throughout Nashville to show we care and are here for the long run.

DCDP is currently organizing at the neighborhood level with what are called "precinct captains" who help keep their neighborhood informed, engaged and turning out. We're having a kick off event on May 7 you can sign up for here. DCYD has monthly social hours where you can hear from and network with progressive luminaries in Nashville and beyond. And both organizations are looking to get more involved in the local community.
