Having a felony conviction shouldn’t mean losing your right to vote.

This November, 4.4 million people in the United States will not be able to vote because of a felony conviction. Racial bias in arrests, prosecution, and convictions means that Black people of voting age are 3.5x more likely to be disenfranchised compared to other voters.

Mass incarceration should not determine who has the right to vote in our elections.
