Help us win the Rent Stabilization Referendum

The rent is too damn high in Wilmington! So, we’re gathering petition signatures so the city can hold a a referendum (a public vote) on rent stabilization. Rent stabilization would limit how high landlords can raise the rent each year.

In order to hold a referendum, we must get 10% of the city’s registered voters to sign a petition. Our goal is 6,000 signatures!

However, the petition is paper-only--- so we are collecting contact information for those who wish to sign.

This form is not the petition. This form is to help collect contact information for those who wish to sign the paper petition.

La estabilización de rentas limita cuánto pueden aumentar los alquileres cada año.

El referéndum permitiría que la comunidad decida si esta medida debe convertirse en ley en la Ciudad de Wilmington.
