Let's get out the vote in the midterm elections

Writing postcards to mail to occasional voters is one of the most powerful things you can do for democracy. And it is also one of the easiest, cheapest, and most relaxing ways to act.

Mailing postcards to progressive voters who are known to NOT vote regularly helps Get Out The Vote (GOTV) in tight midterm elections. Third Act Texas has aligned with six (6) separate organizations who rely on scientific research to identify progressive voters for these GOTV campaigns.

Two ways to write and mail postcards to tentative voters:

• Host Postcard Parties (or join one nearby) or
• Work from the comfort of your own home

Maureen and Sharon have been piloting Postcard Parties and Home Get-Togethers in Houston and Fort Worth. Postcard parties are fun, climate activists get together, enjoy drinks, snacks, and great company – while making an impact on the midterm elections.
