The beginning of the New Year is is a crucial moment to show the strength of our movement for climate justice, as presidential hopefuls announce their candidacies and new Congressional leaders work to define their priorities. We have already seen the power of activists mobilizing in the halls of Congress this winter to change the future of climate politics and make the Green New Deal and possibility – now, it's up to you to keep up the momentum!

The week of February 4-8th, we're asking you to bring the call for Real Climate Leadership to your Congressperson’s doorstep. We will ramp up our call for a Green New Deal by publicly calling on your representatives to commit to a just and equitable transition to a world free from fossil fuels, support green jobs, reject fossil fuel money, and endorse a Green New Deal.

Public actions and events are a key step in the fight for a better world. They will be an opportunity to share our demands with local officials, recruit more people from our communities into our campaigns and build momentum all across the country for the bold, just climate solutions we so urgently need.
