I stand with Home Depot Workers United!
Home Depot associates are saying things
have to change. Our work is undervalued and underpaid while the company
profits into the billions off our labor, we get little to no respect
from management, and for many irregular schedules don't allow for work
life balance.
Worst
of all, we have no say in our own working conditions. We get no real
input on the 'improvements' made, as Home Depots' efforts to 'make our
voices heard' are all performative.
We are fighting to form a union to create a balance of power that ensures associates' voices are heard. This
is a nationwide movement, and together we have the ability to fight for
and win improvements such as better pay and reliable scheduling, plus
better staffing which would allow us to provide the world-class service
customers expect. Most importantly, as a union Home Depot workers can
set our own priorities to make our stores and our jobs better.
Thank you for joining our fight.
