YES! I support School of the Art Institute of Chicago non-tenure-track faculty (lecturers and adjuncts) forming their union with Art Institute of Chicago Workers United (AICWU) AFSCME! Adjuncts and lecturers who make up more than 3/4 of the SAIC faculty deserve to be fairly compensated and have a voice to improve their working conditions. I call on SAIC senior leadership to respect their legal right to organize free from management interference.
