Welcome to Bay Resistance Action Pods!

We have over 1,100 new folks signed up to be in action pods in the last few weeks, and we're excited to get your pods sorted and ready to go!

In this round of action pods, we want to support multiple types of organizing, including supporting identity and affinity based pods. We are using this form to get a better sense of who wants to join a neighborhood pod - a pod organized by folks who live in the same zip code, and who is interested in joining an identity/ affinity based pod (ex. BIPOC - Black, Indigenous, People of Color - pod, parents pod, Queer/ Trans pod, or a pod at any of these, or other, intersections), which may be less neighborhood based, but would still be within the same city or county.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate all requests, but we will do our best! One of the main limiting factors is facilitators.

We need more Action Pod Facilitators -- Please Sign Up!

Whether for neighborhood pods or affinity pods, we need more Action Pod facilitators! Finding enough facilitators is the biggest bottle-neck to starting up new pods, since pods can't form without facilitators in place first. If you're interested in being a facilitator or want to learn more, we need you!! Please check "yes" in the facilitator box and we will follow up with you to learn more about the role.
