Are you interested in advocating for development in the Tonawandas that breaks the past cycles of extraction and designated sacrifice zones, and instead creates a renewable and equitable community? Then join our Tonawanda Tomorrow Team!

This team focuses on tracking the progress of the Tonawanda Tomorrow plan and on visioning reuses of environmentally blighted sites which will not perpetuate harms. If you are a Tonawanda resident and/or are interested in advocating for equitable development and planning policy and practices, then this team will be a good fit for you.

Time/Activity Commitments
- Attending a monthly 1 hour hybrid team meeting to discuss strategy
- Helping to facilitate hybrid public meetings, generally quarterly, typically about 3 hours
- A one-on-one check-in with the team organizer periodically, generally twice a year, 1 hour over lunch, coffee or on Zoom. All team members need to first have a one-on-one with staff before joining team meetings.
