There's just one month left before the NJ legislature goes on break, and the Polluters Pay Act is on the move! The bill has been scheduled for its first committee hearing on Thursday, June 4th, and all signs point to another committee hearing on Monday, June 8th.

We need to keep up the heat on the legislature and Governor Sherrill to pass this critical legislation before the budget is finalized to insure that polluters, not NJ taxpayers, pay for the costs of climate change.
