There's just three weeks left before the NJ legislature goes on break, and the Polluters Pay Act is on the move!

On Thursday, June 4, the bill passed out of the Assembly Environment Committee (its first committee hearing) and is now scheduled for a hearing in the Senate Environment Committee on Monday, June 8th at 10am!

We need to keep up the heat on the legislature and Governor Sherrill to pass this critical legislation before the budget is finalized to insure that polluters, not NJ taxpayers, pay for the costs of climate change.
