We're a group of concerned local residents who are taking our government to court on 14th May.

We want to save our trees and protect our health from the £250 million pound disruptive and destructive A38 Derby junctions road scheme.

In 2021 we successfully stopped the scheme through our first legal challenge and we are confident we can win again. Unfortunately although effective, legal challenges are expensive.

We are over half way to our target but with only days to go until the trial, we still need to raise over £20,000 to cover our legal costs.
