Join the Gray PAC Volunteer Team & Tell Us How You'd Like to Get Involved

Now more than ever, we need older Americans to help protect our democracy and build a better future.

Join Gray PAC as we work to elect democracy and climate champions across the country. We're launching our volunteer program this September, and we'd love your input as we shape it. Let us know which activities you might be interested in by checking all that apply.

  • Phone Banking:** Talk directly with voters from the comfort of your home. We use a simple calling system that connects you to voters automatically, so your personal phone number stays private. Every shift includes training, and a live staff member will be available to answer questions and help with any technical issues. If you're new to phone banking, don't worry—we'll make sure you feel prepared.
  • Text Banking: Reach voters through text messages using a computer or tablet. You'll send messages through our platform and respond to voters who write back. Like phone banking, we'll provide training and support every step of the way.
  • Canvassing: If you enjoy meeting people face-to-face, we can help connect you with volunteer door-knocking opportunities near you. These may be in your community, elsewhere in your state, or occasionally in a nearby battleground area. Because many canvasses are organized by local volunteers, opportunities may vary throughout the season.
  • Social Media: If you enjoy social media, have a great creative eye, or have a penchant for being behind and in front of the camera, we'd love to have you on our team of social media creators! We'll invite you all to spread the word about candidates and issues in your district through your own social media channels. We'll provide provide guidiance, sample content, and instructions to make it a breeze.

**If you're interested in phone banking, please select the time(s) of day that work best for you. Your feedback will help us build our volunteer schedule. If you're available throughout the day, feel free to select morning, afternoon, and evening. More of an early bird than a night owl? No problem—just select morning. Most shifts will be scheduled in Eastern Time, but we'll make sure there are options that work across time zones. For example, an afternoon shift in ET begins at 9:00 a.m. on the West Coast. We'll also adjust our schedule accordingly based on where the voters we are calling are located.
