If you're interested in becoming part of Latinas Increasing Political Strength (LIPS), sign up to be the first to know when applications open this fall.

LIPS is a 10-week leadership and advocacy program for Latinas ages 16–21 who want to grow as leaders, build community, and create change. Whether you're already involved in your community or just beginning your leadership journey, LIPS is designed to help you develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills to make an impact.

Through interactive workshops, mentorship, service-learning projects, community events, and an advocacy trip to Washington, D.C., participants explore reproductive justice, civic engagement, community organizing, and leadership while building lifelong connections with other young Latinas.

By joining the interest list, you'll:
  • Be the first to know when applications open
  • Receive updates about LIPS and other youth leadership opportunities
  • Get invited to upcoming youth events hosted by COLOR
  • Learn more about what to expect from the program

Si te interesa formar parte de Latinas Increasing Political Strength (LIPS), llena este formulario para ser de las primeras personas en enterarte cuando se abra el proceso de solicitud este otoño.
LIPS es un programa de liderazgo de 10 semanas para Latinas de 16 a 21 años, sin importar su estatus migratorio o si actualmente están inscritas en la escuela. El programa está diseñado para jóvenes que quieren desarrollar su liderazgo, fortalecer su voz y generar cambios positivos en sus comunidades.

A través de talleres interactivos, mentoría personalizada, proyectos comunitarios, oportunidades de voluntariado y una experiencia de abogacía en Washington D.C., las participantes aprenden sobre justicia reproductiva, organización comunitaria, participación cívica y liderazgo, mientras construyen una comunidad sólida con otras jóvenes Latinas.

Al unirte a la lista de interés podrás:
  • Ser de las primeras personas en enterarte cuando se abra la convocatoria
  • Recibir información sobre LIPS y otras oportunidades de liderazgo juvenil de COLOR
  • Recibir invitaciones a eventos y actividades para jóvenes
  • Conocer más sobre el programa y lo que puedes esperar como participante
