Regular membership is open to anyone who is at least 16 years old and not yet 36 years old and who considers themselves a member of the Minnesota DFL Party. Associate membership is available to anyone who is at least 14 years old but not yet 16 years old, or anyone who is 36 years old but not yet 40 years old
