United Syracuse is a coalition of staff, students, and faculty at Syracuse University organizing together to improve our working conditions and learning conditions. We are maintenance employees, graduate assistants, food service workers, administrative assistants, tenured and non-tenure track faculty and more.

SU works because we do.

Together, we are taking action for improved pay and benefits for all Syracuse workers; for transparency and accountability from our upper administration; and for a free and fair process for every worker at SU to form a labor union.

As Syracuse University workers, our working conditions set standards for tens of thousands of workers in Central New York. Together, we can improve our lives and improve our city for all working people.
