Vermont School Workers United is a collective of Vermont school workers organizing a culture of rank-and-file leadership, social justice unionism, and community solidarity within and beyond Vermont NEA. The struggle of school employees for decent pay and benefits, safe working conditions, and adequate school funding is inextricable from the larger struggle for human rights and against inequality and oppression in all its forms. We must seek to connect our struggle to the struggles of our class, while also seeking equity and a voice for all our members.
