Justice for Blake Miley

This is a pledge to support a campaign for justice for Blake Miley.

On Monday, October 12, 2026, 29-year-old Ohioan Blake Miley went to a political rally in Youngstown, Ohio to peacefully protest with a homemade t-shirt that said “Release the Epstein Files.”

Once Donald Trump started speaking, Ms. Miley decided to unveil her shirt. She stood up, yelled “Fascist” twice, and what followed was a terrifying ordeal that was captured on camera and broadcast around the world.

According to Ms. Miley’s account, she was attacked by multiple men, resulting in scratches, bruising, and hair being pulled from her head. During the attack and as she was escorted out by security, the President of the United States made a string of derogatory comments about her. After the rally she sought medical attention for her injuries. In the days following she took time to reflect on the seriousness of what had happened to her, even as the news of her attack angered many across the nation. In the past week, Ms. Miley has found legal counsel and is taking the next steps towards justice for what happened to her.

We ask supporters to pledge here to stand with Blake Miley. We are especially interested in building a support network of people in northeast Ohio where the attack occurred and justice will be served.

We ask you to stand with Ms. Miley as she pursues healing, accountability, and justice. We ask that support her right–and everyone’s rights–to peaceful protest and free expression without fear of violence or intimidation. We ask you to commit to standing for dignity, nonviolence, and equal rights, and to supporting Ms. Miley’s quest for justice through compassion, solidarity, and community care.

Ms. Miley went into the rally alone, but she will not the next part of her struggle that way. Thank you for becoming part of the beloved community of care for Ms. Miley.

We will update all those who sign up into this pledge in good faith with verified information about Ms. Miley’s campaign for justice, which may include calls to action.
