A little bit about Kathryn:

Kathryn Harrington is from a military family. Growing up, she lived all across the United States — but when high-tech jobs brought Kathryn and her husband, Marc, here 30 years ago, she's now able to call Washington County her first true home. Seeing how local families struggled inspired Kathryn to step back from her career and focus on giving back to the community. When she was asked by community members to run for Metro Council, Kathryn stepped up to serve, and has been representing Washington County there ever since. Now, Kathryn is ready to keep fighting for Washington County’s working families as Chair of the County Board of Commissioners.
