Chevron is a partner of Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC), using its relationship with one of Los Angeles’s most prominent sports institutions to build a positive public image and strengthen its ties to the Southern California community.

But Chevron’s sponsorship cannot be separated from it's complicity in the Israeli genocide of Palestinians in Gaza and the expansion of illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank. The company also has a long history of environmental destruction and harm to communities in Los Angeles and across California and around the world.

The Kick Chevron Out LAFC Coaltion is a growing network of community organizations, grassroots groups, and LA residents coming together to demand that LAFC end its partnership with Chevron. We are building collective pressure through public education, community outreach, creative actions, and other forms of organizing to make clear that our sports institutions should not be vehicles for corporate greenwashing or complicity in genocide.
