May is Older Americans Month and the theme in 2025 is Flip the Script. A group of us have come together to organze a campaign focused on "flipping the script" about older workers, and advancing the very real benefits to employers of intergenerational teams.

There are so many ways to help. You can:

• Share social media content (we'll be providing lists, video and graphics that you can share daily or however often you'd like)
• Write OpEds and letters to the editor to your local papers (we'll provide copy)
• Have your state or community issue a proclamation (we'll provide sample language)
• Tell your story. If you're an employer who hires older workers and fields intergenerational teams, we'd love to hear from you and feature your story.
