Living Wages for ALL Workers in PA
The cost of living has far outpaced wages and the last time the minimum wage was increased in PA was in 2009. That increase was just to match the federal change to $7.25 and that is where it sits today. This is unacceptable in 2026.
The MIT Living Wage Calculator tells us that a living wage in PA starts around $23
We must make sure ALL workers - this includes tipped workers, incarcerated workers, workers with disabilities and youth workers, all deserve a living wage. No exceptions.
We can no longer compromise on this issue.
