You can’t tell the story of worker power in America without talking about the crucial role women have played and continue to play in the workplace and community.

Working through our unions is the best way to bring equality for women workers; unions are the biggest organizations of women in the country. At the same time, women are leaving the workforce at an alarming rate, and the gender pay gap is widening rather than getting smaller. MALC has been a home for women’s programming before and NOW is the time to bring it back.
