Once again, Kroger's new payroll system is creating issues for Local 881 members! This time around we have been hearing reports that now Union Dues are being deducted incorrectly!

To be clear, the UNION DOES NOT CONTROL YOUR PAYCHECK! Errors in dues deductions are the direct result of the company's terrible new payroll system.

Local 881 is working to investigate this issue and has filed a class action grievance to demand that Kroger fix the errors. We are also considering other legal action to ensure our members are protected.

We encourage every Mariano's and Kroger member to review their paystubs thoroughly. If you believe your deductions for Union Dues are incorrect, please fill out the form below and a Union Representative will investigate.

Local 881 is committed to ensuring that every member's paycheck is correct. Kroger has proven to be unreliable in regards to your payroll accuracy. The Union will do everything in our power to make Kroger/Mariano's fix their mistakes.
