Right now, gig workers are struggling to make the minimum wage or have to put up with harsh and unfair treatment. At the same time, most gig workers have little to no working rights. That is why hundreds of gig workers have joined the TWU in recent years to demand better pay, safety and respect at work.

In our Gig Worker Online Information Sessions, you will be able to find out more about who the TWU are as your union, your rights as a gig worker and learn more about the campaign for gig workers rights. In these sessions, you will also be able to share your stories with other gig workers and other useful information as well. You will also find out the latest news on laws which affect the gig economy in these sessions.
