Clean Air is bringing the Midwest Academy to Buffalo! Midwest is a 50 year old training academy for community organizers, and an essential training for those who want to run impactful campaigns. https://midwestacademy.com/about-us/

WNY-area organizers will be participating in the full training from January 20-23, and then on Saturday January 24 they will be leading a one-day public training on the Midwest Model from 10am-3pm, location TBA.

This event is free to attend. Breakfast and light lunch will be provided, and support services such as interpretation and babysitting will be provided if requested with registration.

We feel this training is needed to meet the moment - we need to not only combat the fascism and authoritarianism that threatens us all collectively, but also work to build our alternatives, and do all this work with a long term vision. Grounding our work in a shared strategy framework, such as the Midwest Model, will strengthen organizing work throughout our region.
