Meet with your MP to say no to LNG

Despite known health and environmental impacts, LNG is back on the table as a key area of priority for Prime Minister Mark Carney. Two LNG export facilities, Ksi Lisims and LNG Canada Phase 2, are on the list of Projects of National Interest (PONIs), and have been referred to the Major Projects Office to be assessed for public investments. But the case against LNG is clear: it's not in the national interest and violate Indigenous rights. Our tax dollars should not be spent funding these projects that enrich foreign investors amidst an affordability crisis.

Decolonial Solidarity and allies are organizing to put pressure on key MPs in their ridings to reject public funding for LNG, and we need you. Currently, oil and gas lobbyists are the loudest voices in the room, urging our elected officials to invest in these fossil fuels mega projects. They need to hear from you!

Sign up to meet with your MPs and we will connect you with others in your community and provide you with the needed trainings, resources, and tools.
