From the impact of COVID-19 to our years-long fight for racial equity, North Carolinians of color have faced many challenges since we last convened in-person in 2019. Despite the uncertain times we live in, our resolve to continue the important work of the NAACP remains stronger than ever.

This year’s convention will allow attendees to engage in serious dialogue on our civil rights agenda by presenting notable speakers at plenary sessions and training workshops. Under the thematic banner of “Refocus, Reset, Revive: Building Power and Moving Forward”, the convention will focus on improving the lives of Black North Carolinians in the areas of education, healthcare, criminal justice, voting rights, and economic development.
