A pride nem csak egy tüntetés. A pride egy mozgalom.
A kormány egy kisebbséget célkeresztbe téve próbálja korlátozni a kritikus hangú békés tüntetéseket. Ezért mozgalomként harcolni fogunk azért, hogy minden magyar szabadon tüntethessen!
A pride felvonulások betiltására megalkotott törvénymódosítás olyan gumiszabályt hoz létre, amellyel bármilyen tüntetést bármilyen mondvacsinált okkal be lehet majd tiltani. A tüntetések szervezőit és résztvevőit pedig arcfelismerő szoftverrel és pénzbüntetés fenyegetésével próbálják meg megfélemlíteni, eltántorítani a szabad véleménynyilvánítástól. A törvényt 2025. március 18-án megszavazta 136 "bátor ember", március 19-én pedig aláírta a köztársasági elnök. A harc azonban csak most kezdődik. Nem hagyjuk, hogy betiltsák Magyarország legnagyobb rendszeres emberi jogi tüntetését, a Budapest Pride Felvonulást!
Már hónapok óta szervezzük a jubileumi 30. Budapest Pride Felvonulást, és nem állunk meg! Találkozunk a Stonewall-lázadás évfordulóján, június 28-án!
Az LMBTQ-közösség évek óta céltáblája a kormánypártok támadásainak. Ha az LMBTQ-közösség jogaiért folytatott tüntetéseket megpróbálják betiltani, semmi garancia nincs arra, hogy a kormánypártok által ellenségnek, poloskának nevezett csoportok békés tüntetéseit nem tiltják be, hamis gyermekvédelemre hivatkozva.
Pedig ebben a törvényben semmi gyermevédelem nincs. Országszerte zárnak be a szülészetek, már elviselhetetlen az egészésgügyben a szakemberhiány. 110.000 veszélyeztetett gyermek van az országunkban. Ma Magyarországon minden tizedik gyerek szökésben van, az eltűnt személyek 90%-át kiskorúak alkotják. Közülük sokan válhatnak emberkereskedelem áldozatává. A kormánynak ezekkel a súlyos problémákkal kellene azonnal és rendkívüli erőforrások mozgósításával megoldásokat keresnie. Nem pedig gyűlöletkeltő kampányokkal tovább korlátoznia a magyar emberek szabadságát.
Az LMBTQ-közösség tagjainak már gyerekkorunktól kezdve az életük része, hogy meg kell védeniük magukat, hogy küzdeniük kell az elfogadásért és az egyenlő jogokért. Bár a hatalmon lévők megpróbálják elemberteleníteni ezt a közösséget, az LMBTQ-közösség tagjai mind emberek, akik szabadon és biztonságban, jogegyenlőségben akarnak élni a saját hazájukban. Ennek a küzdelemnek az egyik leglátványosabb része a pride felvonulás, de ugyanekkora súlya van annak az ellenállásnak, amit nap mint nap végzünk azért, hogy szabadon, önazonosan élhessünk és boldogok lehessünk a saját hazánkban.
Szintet lép a fasizálódás, ha már csak olyan tüntetéseket lehet megszervezni, ahol a hatalmon lévőket éltetik.
Nem hagyjuk, hogy a jövő generációja egy ilyen országban nőjön fel. Itthon vagyunk, itthon is leszünk, és azért dolgozunk, hogy Magyarország egy szabadabb ország legyen!
Egy demokratikus vezetőnek eszébe sem jutna korlátozni a vele egyet nem értők alapjogait. A választott képviselőknek nem az önös érdekeiért, hanem minden állampolgárért kell dolgozniuk.
Amikor számtalan ember mindennapi megélhetése van veszélyben, amikor családok nem tudnak fűteni vagy új cipőt venni a gyerekeiknek, amikor azon megy a hóvégi tanakodás, hogy ételre vagy villanyszámlára menjenek az utolsó forintok, a kormány feladata ezeknek a problémák orvoslása lenne, nem azt kellene tervezgetni, hogy miként lehetne tovább csorbítani a magyar emberek szabadságjogait.
Mi, elhivatott, aktívan cselekvő, szolidáris és hazaszerető állampolgárok, nemet mondunk erre az égbekiáltó jogfosztásra. Kiállunk önmagunként, kiállunk egymásért, kiállunk az igazság mellett. Nem adjuk a nehezen megszerzett szabadságjogainkat! Nem nyugszunk addig, amíg a gyülekezési törvény ezen a képmutató és antidemokratikus módosítása el nem tűnik a jogrendszerből!
Mindenkinek joga van a békés tüntetéshez. Mindenkinek joga van a szabad véleménynyilvánításhoz. Mindenkinek joga van kiállni a saját igazságáért! Éljen a magyar szabadság!

Pride is not just a demonstration. Pride is a movement.
The government is trying to restrict peaceful protests with a critical voice by targeting a minority. Therefore, as a movement, we will fight for the freedom of all Hungarians to protest!
The amendment to the assembly law to ban pride marches will create a madeup rule to ban any demonstration on any pretext. Organisers and participants of demonstrations are being intimidated and discouraged from expressing their political views by the use of ffacial recognition software and the threat of fines. The modification to the assembly law was passed by 136 "brave people" in the parilament on March 18th 2025, and signed by the President of Hungary on March 19th. But the fight is just beginning. We will not let Hungary's largest regular human rights demonstration, the Budapest Pride March, be banned!
We have been organizing the 30th Budapest Pride March for months now and we are not stopping! We'll see you on the anniversary of the Stonewall riots, on June 28th!
For years, the LGBTQ community has been a target of attacks by the ruling parties. If the government attempts to ban protests for the rights of the LGBTQ community, there is no guarantee that peaceful protests by other groups the governing parties call the "enemy", "the bedbugs", will not be banned, on the false grounds of child protection.
Yet there is no child protection in this law. OBGYN departments in hospitals are closing all over the country, and the shortage of healthcare professionals is unbearable. There are 110.000 children at risk in our country. Today, one in ten children in Hungary is a runaway, and 90% of missing persons are minors. Many of them may become victims of human trafficking. The government should seek solutions to these serious problems immediately and by mobilising extraordinary resources. Not further restrict the freedom of the Hungarian people through hate campaigns.
Starting from childhood, members of the LGBTQ community have to defend themselves and fight for acceptance and equal rights. Even though those in power are trying to dehumanize this community, the members of the LGBTQ community are all human beings who want to live in freedom, safety and equality in their own country. One of the most visible parts of this struggle is the pride march, but equally as important is the resistance they wage every day to live freely, authentically and happily in their own country.
Fascism is escalating, when only those demonstrations can be organised that cheer on the ones in power.
We will not allow future generations to grow up in such a country. We are at home, we will be at home, and we will work to make Hungary a freer country!
No democratic leader would think of restricting the fundamental rights of those who disagree with him. Elected representatives should not work for their own interests, but for all citizens.
When countless people's daily livelihoods are at risk, when families cannot afford to heat their homes or buy new shoes for their children, when the end-of-month argument is about whether to spend the last forints on food or electricity bills, the government's task should be to remedy these problems, not to further curtail the freedoms of the Hungarian people.
We, committed, active, solidarity-minded and patriotic citizens, say no to this blatant deprivation of rights. We stand up as ourselves, we stand up for each other, we stand up for justice. We will not give up our hard-won freedoms! We will not rest until this hypocritical and undemocratic amendment to the assembly law is removed from the legal system!
Everyone has the right to peaceful protest. Everyone has the right to free expression. Everyone has the right to stand up for their own truth! Long live Hungarian freedom!
