What are NRPF and the Two-Child Benefit Cap?

No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF): Some families are not allowed to get certain benefits or help from the government. This makes it hard for them to have enough money for food, housing, and other needs.
Two-child benefit cap: Families only get extra money from the government for their first two children. If they have more than two children, they do not get extra help, even if they need it for food or clothing or anything else.
