Nominate a General Election Candidate in Surrey & Berkshire

We need Green Party candidates for every Parliamentary constituency. You can help by nominating someone to stand for selection in Surrey and Berkshire.

Candidates seeking selection as a Green Party general election candidate need to be nominated by at least two fully paid up Green Party members, who are eligible to vote in the selection ballot.

14 people have asked for nominations. They each need 2 different members to nominate them, unless otherwise noted.

These people have been already nominated. You don't need to nominate them.

These people are still seeking nominations.

Take a look at their statements. If you think someone should enter the selection ballot, nominate them.

To do that, send an email to david.newman@southeast.greenparty.org.uk, stating:

  1. Your name and local party.
  2. The name and constituency of each person you want to nominate.

Or you can fill in this short form:

  1. Let us know who you are, so we can confirm you are a member eligible to nominate.
  2. Type the name of the candidate.
  3. Select the constituency you are nominating a candidate for.
  4. Submit the form and wait for Action Network to accept it before nominating a candidate in another constituency.

Please note you can only nominate one member for each constituency. If you nominate more than one person for a constituency, only your first nomination will count. You do not have to live in the constituency.

The deadline for nominations is Wednesday 28th February.

Once you have submitted the form, you will be emailed a copy of your nomination for your records. If you have any further questions, or problems with this form, please contact the ERO directly at david.newman@southeast.greenparty.org.uk.
