Nov. 13th: I can't make it, but I want to help

This November, young people will join together in Washington DC to set our demands for the newly elected Congress and call out the only real obstacle to climate action in this country -- the crisis of failed political leadership.

The latest science from the United Nations tells us we have just over a decade to take unprecedented levels of action to protect human civilization as we know it. 2020 is our best -- and maybe even our last -- chance to elect a government that can do so.

But neither party is ready to combat climate change at the scale we need -- Democrats remain without a plan and the GOP has allowed dirty oil money to corrupt the party to its core. With 12 years remaining to stop catastrophic climate change, we're uniting for the first and largest youth mobilization following the election to demand our leaders take action immediately to protect our futures.

But we’re not just calling out the crisis,  we’re bringing the solutions with us.

In DC, we’ll introduce a revolutionary new program: Green Jobs For All. We can take back our economy from the fossil fuel billionaires, put millions of Americans to work with good wages, and protect our communities from the ravages of oil and gas with one simple policy: give a job to every American who wants one.

On November 13th, youth are uniting like never before to bring this message to our leaders: Stop this crisis. Put millions to work cleaning up our environment and climate. Protect the lives of all people, black, brown, and white, from the plains, mountains, and coasts.
