Our planet is burning! Politicians will not accept that this global crisis needs systemic change. So from the 7th October and acting in solidarity with Extinction Rebellion, lasting at least two weeks, we begin the biggest Rebellion yet. It's set to be the biggest act of nonviolent civil disobedience in British history. Thousands of rebels will peacefully shut down Smithfield Market, London’s largest and most historic meat market, along with all roads into Westminster to push the government to act truthfully.

IMPORTANT: Smithfield Market is operational between 2am-8am so make sure you're able to camp and occupy it with us overnight! If not, there will be lots of daytime activities and actions.

Each day we see more evidence that ecological breakdown is happening faster than predicted. Animals are being slaughtered at an ever increasing rate. The next 18 months will be critical in determining whether we can avert the most devastating impacts of the climate crisis, which is why we’ll be taking to the streets across the world. We’re nearly out of time. Take two weeks off work, bring your tents, bring your family and friends and join us in the streets for a one time only ‘chance of life’. The time is now.
