That means when you send an email, it will end up in your recipients' inboxes. Not in spam.

We keep our deliverability rates high, through our strict opt-in policy. This means that every single person on your list, needs to have given you permission to add them. This reduces the likelihood of your email getting marked as spam, and keeps deliverability high across the Action Network.

Here are some of the ways that supporters can opt-in to your list:

• Supporters signed a field petition with their email address
• Supporters signed up online to receive updates on our campaign
• A partner organization sent an email for us, linking their supporters to our online action
• I am planning to upload the email addresses of my friends who asked to be added to this list
• My friends gave me a list of their friends' email addresses, WITH their friends' explicit permission to be added to our email list

These are some of the practices we do not allow:

• Another organization or candidate gave us these email addresses, without explicit permission from their members
• I am renting this list from another organization or candidate
• I bought this list from another organization or candidate
• I'm planning to upload a list of local Democrats
• I'm planning to upload a list of email addresses from the voter file
• I am planning to upload the email addresses of my friends, but they have not given me explicit permission to add them
• My friends gave me a list of their friends' email addresses, without their friends' explicit permission to be added to our email list
• These people accepted my friend request on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and I'd like to add them to my list
