Parents of Children with Disabilities - IEP/504 Experience Survey

Parents know the challenges of navigating the IEP/504 process and too often, we face them alone. That’s why Parents United for Public Schools is launching IEP Circles so that parents can advocate for each other in the IEP room and advocate for each other to their elected officials.

Parents of children with disabilities often have to advocate for accommodations for their kid's education. This can include access to communication devices, items for sensory regulation, a classroom or bus aide, or simply more time to complete a test. We believe sharing our IEP (individualized education plan) and 504 experiences on the local level empowers parents of children with disabilities to be better advocates for their children in IEP rooms and to their elected officials. Fill out the form, tell your story, and we'll connect you with your local IEP Circle chapter.
