When a woman in a certain African tribe knows she is pregnant, she goes out into the wilderness with a few friends and together they pray and meditate until they hear the song of the child.
They recognize that every soul has its own vibration that expresses its unique flavour and purpose. When the women attune to the song, they sing it out loud. Then they return to the tribe and teach it to everyone else.
This song is sung at every important event of the child. When the child is born, the community gathers and sings the child’s song to him or her.
Later, when the child enters education, the village gathers and chants the child’s song. When the child passes through the initiation to adulthood, the people again come together and sing. At the time of marriage, the person hears his or her song.
Finally, when the soul is about to pass from this world, the family and friends gather at the person’s bed, just as they did at their birth, and they sing the person to the next life.
In this African tribe there is one other occasion upon which the villagers sing to the child. If at any time during his or her life, the person commits a crime or aberrant social act, acts irresponsibly or unjustly, the individual is called to the centre of the village alone and unfettered and the people in the community form a circle around them. Then they sing their song to them.
All work ceases, and every man, woman and child in the village gathers in a large circle around the accused individual. Then each person in the tribe speaks to the accused, one at a time, about all the good things the person in the centre of the circle has done in his lifetime. Every incident, every experience that can be recalled with any detail and accuracy is recounted. All his positive attributes, good deeds, strengths and kindnesses are recited carefully and at length. The tribal ceremony can last several days. At the end of the ceremony, the circle sings to the accused his or her song until this person fully remembers who he or she is. The tribe recognizes that the correction for antisocial behavior is not punishment; it is love and the remembrance of identity.
The tribal circle is broken, a joyous celebration takes place, and the person is symbolically and literally welcomed back into the tribe.
When you recognize your own song, you have no desire or need to do anything that would hurt another.
A friend is someone who knows your song and sings it to you when you have forgotten it. Those who love you are not fooled by mistakes you have made or dark images you hold about yourself. They remember your beauty when you feel ugly; your wholeness when you are broken; your innocence when you feel guilty; and your purpose when you are confused.
You may not have grown up in an African tribe that sings your song to you at crucial life transitions, but life is always reminding you when you are in tune with yourself and when you are not. When you feel good, what you are doing matches your song, and when you feel awful, it doesn’t. In the end, we shall all recognize our song and sing it well.
You may feel a little unbalanced and out of tune at the moment, but so have all the great singers. Just keep singing and you’ll find your way home.

Suggestion –
You can start your meditation by listening to relaxing music like that above, and eventually taper off into silence. When the thoughts wander, bring your attention back to the breath, or listen to the sounds of Nature around you, or focus effortlessly on a candle or flower. Allow your mind and heart to be its true calm, spiritual, loving, self.

Love is a powerful energy that we can send out from the heart centre to heal and uplift all life.
Thoughts also affect all life around us. Think positively, with deep love and kindness. Purify the heart and mind. All thoughts, feelings, words, and actions, can become imbued with kindness and love. This has a great healing and balancing effect on the mind and body and the whole planet, especially when several people meditate at the same time. Controlling our thoughts and feelings is critical at this time because of the dire conditions on Earth. Be aware of the thoughts and feelings and develop a positive attitude towards all life until it becomes an automatic habit.

All wars are engineered, and thinking people have now realised that 9/11 was an inside job, a False Flag operation, as stated by so many expert architects, pilots, scientists, etc. The evidence is overwhelming, which is also backed by extensive video footage and many reliable and professional witnesses. Many individuals and agencies knew about this engineered plan, well before 9/11! The West owes £billions to the East. So Western governments staged 9/11 as an excuse to attack other defenceless countries and steal their oil (plus valuable minerals and drug crops) and to avoid paying huge debts, using people from a religious culture as scapegoats.

Globally, easily-available oil is running out, hence the production of hybrid cars which have both an engine and a motor adding extra weight and therefore wasting fuel.
People have now woken up to the fact that governments are the only terrorists. They have committed multiple genocide, killing millions, using our money, as witnessed by the whole planet! 2½ million people protested in London against oil wars! Plus many millions more, globally!
While some people are still in denial, the media, being a part of the governments’ lie machine, knows the full truth of course, and therefore, has as much blood on its hands as every government!
The majority of people claim that they do not believe everything that the media and governments tell them, yet still act as if they do, and still vote for the very culprits who create mass murder and destruction of our Planet, humans, animals and forests, etc, with our permission.

Using non-existent terrorism as an excuse, our privacy, liberty, rights, etc, are being eroded, with, e.g., ID cards being imposed, etc, etc.
Governments worldwide, enjoy destruction, and are driven by the human failings and weaknesses of jealousy, ego, greed, power, materialism, etc. These are the people who we allow to run our Planet! They are our employees, who are meant to strictly follow our instructions! We pay them only to protect us and work for us! They trick us into funding continuous engineered wars, turning us all into cowardly mass-murderers. We are all responsible! Many of them are millionaires, through having stolen our money, without our knowledge and permission, in return for destroying, instead of working! This is to state the unspoken obvious!

Governments use technology to create earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanoes, floods, drought, hurricanes, etc, while suppressing free energy, water-powered cars, natural healing, true spirituality, humane farming and science, etc.
The people of all countries want peace, but who manufactures the instruments of war, torture, pollution, etc? The public! Most people allow and cause destruction, through cooperating with evil instead of good, through selfish apathy, self-imposed ignorance, and believing in authority (which corrupts) instead of themselves. People refuse to think for themselves, which is very dangerous.

All lifestreams have a higher self and a lower self, and have the potential for extreme good and evil. Animals use far more of their true potential, on every level, than humans do. Ultimately, all life is evolving spiritually, and by tuning into our Spirit, we can find Truth, and develop discrimination, bravery, compassion, and humility. We cannot learn and experience everything that this vast magical universe has to teach us in one life, on our journey back to Godhead, so the evolving Soul of each lifestream, reincarnates millions of times, in accordance with the wisdom of its own perfect Spirit.

If we love and respect the Creator, we will love and respect humans, animals, the Holy Mother Earth, and all lifestreams, including the advanced benevolent life visiting this planet. If we love and respect all lifestreams, we are showing that we love and respect the Creator. Religion is not about competition, but about cooperation. All life is One. Spirituality is about Love In Action, and the realisation that All Life Is Sacred.
